What are your security policies?

Our company takes privacy of our patients very seriously. We have secure online systems which guarantees the encryption of personal information. Routine security checks are performed at regular intervals to ensure our ordering system is secure and protected.

Is your online pharmacy store authentic and have proper license?

Yes, we run our online pharmacy on the basis of authentic license and certification from Pharmacy Council of Sindh.

How do I use Meri Pharmacy?/ How to create account on the website ?

Our user-friendly website lists hundreds of products in many different categories. Just browse,choose and add your selected product to the cart. Put your details and check out by selecting a payment method and time slot of delivery. You will receive a confirmation email and sms.

Is my information safe with Meri Pharmacy?

Yes, we use secure and latest systems and encryption from sign-ins, order processing to data storage. We ensure strict compliance with customer’s information safety.

How do I reset my password/user id/email?

You may approach us on helpline or chat and we shall reset your details

How to create account on Meri Pharmacy’s website?

Creating account on the website includes simple & easy steps. You will need to use the option “create an account” and enter your basic mandatory details to continue placing your order.

How can I place an order?

You can log on to our website www.MeriPharmacy.pk to place your order by logging into your account first

Is prescription required to place orders?

Yes, prescription is mandatory for narcotics in order to proceed with the order. In case of over the counter medicines (only), you may place order without prescriptions. You may send your prescription on our official WhatsApp number 0309-5550950 or email us on meripharmacy.mss@gmail.com or upload directly on the website while placing order.

I am worried about fake and expired products. How do I identify it?

We have systems with 100% accuracy to check the expiration and tampering of products before delivering it to the customers. All products are obtained straight from the manufacturers which also guarantee their authenticity.

I can’t find my required product to place my order. What do I do?

We have a large variety of products available in our inventory. If you can’t search for your desired product, please make sure you are typing the name correctly or you may even ask us to find the product for you on our website on our WhatsApp number i.e. 0309-5550950 or may call directly at our branches for confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You cannot make changes in the order once you have completed the entire order placing process and once order is confirmed. You may cancel the order at anytime before the payment is processed with mentioning the reason of cancellation via chat or call on helpline.

How do I check my order status?

You may check your order status on the dashboard on the website once you log in your account and can even approach us on call or chat to ask about the order status.

How to use Cart?

The cart allows you to review your selection, make sure everything is okay, make some changes before ordering if needed, and see the final price and the total amount.

What should be the minimum order value (cart size)?

Minimum order value of Rs.1000 is required in order to check out the cart and for free delivery

How do I avail discount offers in orders?

You may check our website www.MeriPharmacy.pk for different discount offers on different categories appearing on front banners. You may even approach us on helpline(0309-5550950) in case of any assistance.

Will I get reward points on shopping from Meri Pharmacy website?

Apologies as we are currently not offering reward points, but our website keeps on updating for new campaigns and discount offers

Can I make changes in my order details once it is confirmed?

Apologies. Any sort of changes cannot be made once your order is placed and confirmed.

Do you offer discount on orders?

Yes. We are offering 15% discount on entire medicines as well as %% discount on all surgical items as well as consumables (includes milk supplements, vitamins and baby care products)

Modification:

Few of my order items were not delivered. Reason?

Those items were not delivered due to unavailability in our warehouse and branch. We apologize for the inconvenience you have faced due to this order modification.

I need delivery of modified items. How can you help me in this regard?

We can generate purchase request on your behalf and will try our best to deliver these items within 7 to 15 days , depending upon availability via manufacturers and supply chain.

Cold Chain:

How does Meri Pharmacy handle temperature sensitive orders?

We use special packaging for temperature sensitive products. Ice box/dry ice or ice cube is mandatory for cold chain temperature maintenance during transportation and we make sure to use them to keep the efficacy of desired product intact.

Pharmacist:

Does Meri Pharmacy provide counseling services?

Yes. We do provide counseling services as well as we have DRUG POISON INFORMATION CENTRE ONLINE . You may approach our qualified pharmacist through calls, chats and emails and WhatsApp message. Timings are : Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.

Delivery:

What are the delivery timings?

Delivery takes place the same day for pharmacy orders. If the order is getting placed before

I am not / will not be available at home on my selected time slot , can I delay the delivery or select different time/day slot ?

Yes. Order can be delivered as per your availability. You just need to confirm us the next time slot via WhatsApp or call on 0309-5550950 , email or Facebook message.

What are the delivery charges ?

  • On order value less than Rs 1000 , Rs 200 shipping charges will be applied
  • On order value equal to or above Rs 1000, delivery would be free of cost.

What are the delivery charges ?

Yes. We offer nationwide delivery via TCS SERVICES

Do you offer free shipping ?

Yes we offer free shipping if they meet the criteria of order value as mentioned above. Charges may apply depending upon the order value .

I am being charged for shipping although my order value is more than Rs 1000. What is the reason?

Reason being your order might have few items unavailable at our stores and order value would have decreased. You can always approach us for confirmation.

Complaints:

How do I file a complaint against my order or branch?

You can file a complaint through helpline number (0309-5550950) , chat, message, Facebook and email.

How long does it take for a complaint to be resolved?

Product related complaints are resolved within 24 hours. Rest, nature of complaint may vary from 24 to 48 hours.

Returns & Exchange:

Can I exchange a product if doctor changes the medicine or if I have mistakenly placed wrong medicine order?

Apologies. A product once delivered (as per prescription) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How soon can I return a wrong product being delivered to me?

You can return the wrong product immediately after delivery (product has be sealed by all means) . You can return it via same rider to us so that we can deliver you the right product same day.

Refund:

I want refund amount of the product wrongly delivered.

You will be refunded the same day only after confirmation through a valid picture and bill received and must be sealed.

I want amount to be refunded in my bank account.

We are sorry but this amount can only be refunded via cash.

Packaging:

How do you pack and deliver the orders?

Except for temperature sensitive products, we pack each product in a pharmacy plastic pouch with special instructions mentioned on it.

How do you pack and deliver fragile items ? ( syrups and injections)

We deliver injections in ice box for maintenance of cold chain temperature and Syrups and other bottles in their proper boxes .

Invoices:

Do you provide invoices with orders?

Yes. We deliver orders with their invoices attached including your order number, companyn details, product details, billing breakup excluding and including discount and taxes along with refund , return and exchange policy at the bottom of invoice.

How often do you update your page?

We keep on updating our Facebook page whenever we introduce any discount offers as well as on monthly heath events.

How much time do you require to reply to all messages sent after operational hours?

We try to be as responsive as possible. In case of delayed replies, we respond back to our patients next day during operational hours.
