What are your personal data security policies?

Our company takes the privacy of our patients very seriously. We have secure online systems which guarantees the encryption of personal information. Routine security checks are performed at regular intervals to ensure our ordering system is secure and protected. Please check our privacy policy for more information.

Is your online pharmacy store authentic and have proper license?

Yes, we have licensed pharmacies and certification from Pharmacy Council of Sindh and we only sell DRAP registered products.

How do I use Meri Pharmacy? Do I need to create an account?

Our user-friendly website lists hundreds of products in many different categories. Just browse and choose selected products and add them to the cart. Insert your details and check-out by selecting a payment method and time slot of delivery. You will receive a confirmation call, followed by an SMS.

How can I place an order?

Is prescription required to place orders?

Yes, prescription is mandatory for narcotics to proceed with the order. In case of over-the-counter medicines, you may place order without prescriptions.

I am worried about fake and expired products. How do I identify it?

We have systems in place to ensure monitoring of expiration dates and tampering of products before delivering to customers. All products are obtained straight from the manufacturers which also guarantee their authenticity.

I can’t find my required product to place my order. What do I do?

We have a large variety of products available in our inventory. If you can’t find your desired product, please make sure you are typing the name correctly or you may even ask us to find the product for you by calling us on +92-213-8899-992 where our customer sales representative will guide you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation call from our representative. You can make changes in the order or cancel at any time prior to this.

How do I check my order status? 

Once you confirm your order you will get a text message that will contain a link to your order status on the dashboard on the website.

How to use Cart? 

The cart allows you to review your selection, make sure everything is okay, make some changes before ordering if needed, and see the final price and the total amount.

How do I avail discount offers in orders?

You may check our website www.meripharmacy.pk for different discount offers on different categories appearing on front banners.

Will I get reward points on shopping from Meri Pharmacy website?

Apologies as we are currently not offering reward points, but our website keeps on updating for new campaigns and discount offers.

Do you offer discount on orders?

Yes. Please check our website for latest discounts and offers. We offer discounts directly as well with some of our partners. 

How does Meri Pharmacy handle temperature sensitive orders?

We use special packaging for temperature sensitive products. Ice box/dry ice or ice cube is mandatory for cold chain temperature maintenance during transportation, and we make sure to use them to keep the efficacy of desired product intact.

What are the delivery timings?

We deliver between 8am to 3am.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 1000 in Karachi, Pakistan. 

How do I file a complaint against my order or branch?

How long does it take for a complaint to be resolved?

Product related complaints are resolved within 24 hours. However, some complaints may take longer depending on the nature of complaint.

Can I exchange / REFUND a product if doctor changes the medicine or if I have mistakenly placed wrong medicine order?

How do you pack and deliver the orders?

Except for temperature sensitive products, we pack each product in a pharmacy plastic pouch with special instructions mentioned on it.

Do you provide invoices with orders?

Yes we do.
