Dol-P Tablets are a combination prescription medication containing Tramadol (37.5 mg) and Paracetamol (325 mg). This dual-action formula provides effective relief from moderate to severe pain by working on both the central nervous system (Tramadol) and reducing pain/inflammation (Paracetamol).
It is commonly prescribed for short-term pain management or in cases where standard pain relievers are not sufficient.
Uses
- Moderate to severe pain relief

Musculoskeletal pain: Back pain, joint pain, muscle aches, sprains, and strains
- Post-surgical or injury-related pain
- Dental pain
- Severe headaches or migraines
- Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea)
Dosage & Administration

Typical dose: 1–2 tablets, 3–4 times daily, or as prescribed
- Do not exceed 8 tablets per day
- Take with water, preferably after meals
- Use for the shortest duration necessary
Possible Side Effects
Some individuals may experience:
- Nausea or vomiting
- Dizziness or drowsiness
- Constipation
- Sweating

When Not to Use
- If you are allergic to tramadol, paracetamol, or any ingredient
