Refund Policy

Product prices are inclusive of GST.
Online orders are not returnable and nonrefundable. If a case arises where the customer has paid more than the price mentioned on the medicine box, the amount will be adjusted in the next order.
Orders purchased from our pharmacies can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of sale.
To return a product, please visit your local Meri Pharmacy. Original receipt is mandatory for returns, exchanges and any complaints.
Refrigerated items, loose tablets or capsules, inhalers, sprays, appliances, test strips, baby care, surgical, dermatology products and baby milk are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Meri Pharmacy is not responsible for any side effects or reaction to medicine. You must always consult your doctor before taking any prescription medicines.
Customer data will be used for sharing promotions, offers and research.
