How It Works
Sertraline increases the levels of serotonin in the brain by inhibiting its reuptake. This helps stabilize mood, reduce anxiety, and improve emotional control.
Dosage & Administration
Take as prescribed by your doctor
Usually taken once daily (morning or evening)
Can be taken with or without food
Swallow whole with water
Do not stop suddenly without medical advice
Possible Side Effects

Insomnia or sleep disturbances
Dizziness
Dry mouth
Diarrhea
Sexual dysfunction
When Not to Use
Allergy to sertraline
Use with MAO inhibitors or within 14 days of stopping them
