RISEK CAPSULE 40 MG 3X7S

RiseK Capsule 40mg (3x7s) contains Omeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid production.

Uses:

• Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): RiseK is used to treat GERD, a condition where stomach acid flows back into the esophagus, causing heartburn and irritation.
• Peptic Ulcers: It helps heal and prevent ulcers in the stomach and duodenum (the first part of the small intestine).
• Helicobacter Pylori Eradication: Often used in combination with antibiotics to treat H. pylori infection, which can cause peptic ulcers.
• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: A rare condition where the stomach produces too much acid, requiring higher doses of omeprazole to control symptoms.
• Prevention of Ulcers: Used to prevent ulcers in patients taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
