Sinaxamol Tablets are a combination medication containing Orphenadrine Citrate (muscle relaxant) and Paracetamol (analgesic). This dual-action formula helps relieve pain, muscle spasms, and stiffness by relaxing skeletal muscles and reducing pain signals.

It is commonly prescribed for musculoskeletal conditions and pain associated with muscle tension or injury.

Uses

• Musculoskeletal pain: Back pain, neck pain, stiffness, sciatica, fibromyalgia
• Muscle spasms: Sprains, strains, sports injuries, frozen shoulder
• Tension headaches related to muscle tightness
• Acute traumatic conditions: Whiplash, contusions, injury-related spasms
• Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea)
• May be used in Parkinsonism-related muscle rigidity (as advised by a doctor)

Dosage & Administration

• Usually taken multiple times daily depending on condition
