Sinaxamol Extra Tablets are a combination medication containing Orphenadrine (muscle relaxant) and Paracetamol (analgesic). This dual-action formula provides rapid relief from acute musculoskeletal pain and muscle spasms by relaxing muscle contractions and reducing pain.
It is commonly used for short-term management of painful muscle conditions, improving mobility and reducing discomfort.

Dosage & Administration

Adults: Typically 1–2 tablets up to 3 times daily, or as prescribed
- Take after meals with water
- Do not exceed the recommended dose
