Product Description

Sinaxamol Extra Tablets are a combination medication containing Orphenadrine (muscle relaxant) and Paracetamol (analgesic). This dual-action formula provides rapid relief from acute musculoskeletal pain and muscle spasms by relaxing muscle contractions and reducing pain.

It is commonly used for short-term management of painful muscle conditions, improving mobility and reducing discomfort.

Uses

• Muscle spasms & tension: Sprains, strains, and painful muscle contractions
• Musculoskeletal pain: Back pain, neck stiffness, whiplash injuries
• Tension headaches caused by muscle tightness
• Acute torticollis (stiff neck)
• Conditions like sciatica, fibrositis, and herniated discs
• Relief from menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea)

Dosage & Administration

• Adults: Typically 1–2 tablets up to 3 times daily, or as prescribed
• Take after meals with water
• Do not exceed the recommended dose

Possible Side Effects
