Product Description

Calfina Plus Tablets are a combination prescription medicine containing Tramadol HCl (opioid analgesic) and Paracetamol (non-opioid analgesic). This dual-action formula provides effective relief from moderate to severe pain by acting on the central nervous system and reducing pain signals, while also helping control inflammation and discomfort.

It is commonly prescribed for acute and chronic pain conditions where standard painkillers are insufficient.

Uses

• Moderate to severe pain relief
• Musculoskeletal pain: Backache, joint pain, muscle injuries
• Post-operative pain management
• Arthritis-related pain (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis)
• Neuralgia: Painful nerve conditions (peripheral neuropathy)

Dosage & Administration

• Adults & adolescents (≥16 years):
  1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed
• Maximum: Do not exceed 8 tablets per day
• Swallow with water; do not crush or chew
• Use for the shortest duration necessary
