Calfina Plus Tablets are a combination prescription medicine containing Tramadol HCl (opioid analgesic) and Paracetamol (non-opioid analgesic). This dual-action formula provides effective relief from moderate to severe pain by acting on the central nervous system and reducing pain signals, while also helping control inflammation and discomfort.

Uses
- Moderate to severe pain relief

Dosage & Administration

Adults & adolescents (≥16 years):
1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed

Maximum: Do not exceed 8 tablets per day
- Swallow with water; do not crush or chew
- Use for the shortest duration necessary
Possible Side Effects
Some individuals may experience:
- Nausea or vomiting
- Dizziness or drowsiness
- Constipation
- Headache

When Not to Use
