When Not to Use
Do not use this medicine if:
- You are allergic to vildagliptin, metformin, or similar medicines
- You are suffering from any heart problems, or kidney or liver disease.
- You have type 1 diabetes
- If you have uncontrolled diabetes along with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rapid weight loss, lactic acidosis (symptoms include stomach pain, fast or rapid breathing, sleepiness).
- If you are a lactation mother.
