Myteka 10mg Tablet (2x7s) contains Montelukast, which is a leukotriene receptor antagonist. It works by blocking leukotrienes, substances in the body that cause inflammation and narrowing of the airways, helping to manage respiratory conditions.

Uses:

• Asthma: Myteka is used to help control and prevent asthma symptoms, such as wheezing, shortness of breath, and coughing.
• Allergic Rhinitis: It is also effective in managing symptoms of hay fever or allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, nasal congestion, and itching, caused by allergens like pollen, dust mites, or pet dander.
• Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction: Myteka can be used to prevent asthma symptoms triggered by physical activity, such as wheezing or breathlessness.
