Product Description

Xarelto 15mg Tablets contain rivaroxaban, a prescription anticoagulant (blood thinner) used to prevent and treat blood clots. It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), and stroke prevention in certain heart conditions.

Uses
• Treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
• Treatment of pulmonary embolism (PE)
• Prevention of recurrent DVT and PE
• Reduction of stroke risk in non-valvular atrial fibrillation

Dosage & Administration
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
Usually taken once or twice daily depending on condition
Take with food for better absorption
Swallow with water
Take at the same time daily

Active major bleeding
